Introduction
The Hong Kong Bartenders Association is non-profit association established in 1982, successfully joined as a member of international Bartenders Association in 1987. It promotes friendships and continuously learning. Currently 380 members.
香港調酒協會是一非牟利組織，於一九八二年成立，並於一九八七年加入國際調酒協會為屬下會員。會員目前約有三百八十人。協會的宗旨是促進會員間的友誼與互動。協會鼓勵會員交換意見和意念。定期舉辦調酒比賽及舉辦各種訓練課程，致力提升會員之調酒技巧與知識邁向國際水準。
會籍方面，所有二十一歲以上在酒店、餐廳、會所、夜總會、的士高及酒吧工作的專業調酒師，品格良好，願意遵從協會所有規章與決定者，均可申請入會
