Enrico Ho
I has over 28 years of extensive experience in hospitality management and training in the hotel Food & Beverage industry, including working for some renowned hotels such as Conrad International, Grand Hyatt, The Park Lane and The Royal Garden Hotel and has been the Brand Advocate for the spirits brands under The Edrington Hong Kong.
With my passion in promoting professional wine and bartending, I started my teaching and education career as Food & Beverage Instructor – Wine and Bartending in Vocational Training Center Hong Kong (VTC) and Lecturer of Macau (IFT) Institute for Tourism Studies in 2007.
I am an active Vice President of Hong Kong Bartenders Association and Certified IBA Trainer of Professional Bartending Training Course – Hong Kong & Macau since 2010.

Joe Kwok
Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, United Kingdom, and numerous of wine / bartender certificates. Joe’s having intense experience behind the bar as bartender, with his experience he had champ of Darbo fruit’s syrup cocktail competition in 2007.
Joe joined Hong Kong Bartenders Association since 2006 and appointed as Vice President in 2014. With over 18 years catering experience, Joe served several catering group as senior management position in Hong Kong. Currently, Joe owned Ming Cellar Asia Limited as General Manager.
